Module 1: Financial Basics
Learning Target
I can define basic finance terms and apply them to scenarios and make change.
Module 1 KWL
Download WorksheetHow do I use it?
Students fill out the "Know" and "Want to Know" portions of the chart before starting the module, and then complete the "Learned" portion after finishing the module.
What's the reasoning behind it?
KWLs help students visualize the learning process and organize the information they're learning. In addition, these charts help students develop effective notetaking methods at a young age. KWLs also allow teachers to identify student needs and give them the opportunity to deliver lessons specifically catered to learning gaps.
